With FlyStream, the gathering process including repair function is assured thanks to a high-performance circulator. Stabilising segments bring complete reliability to the gathering process up into peak speeds of 30,000 packets per hour. The transport concept allows incomplete packets to pass under the JetFeeder hoppers again for completion with missing products. This first-ever integration of the repair function into the gathering process effectively puts an end to the transfer of incomplete packets to the foil-wrapping unit.
