Stitching

StreamStitch lets you carry out saddle stitching as an inline process for direct production. The compact stitching unit is integrated into the conveyor line between the press and bundling. With the selective transfer either of broadsheet or quarterfold products, the choice of format for your final, stitched product remains fully free. You get particular value when you use the SNT-U trimming drum. Stitched copies receive the three-side trim as well, before being readied for dispatch. A further variant is to feed the copystream to the MultiLog log stacker or MultiDisc winding station in readiness for a subsequent integrated downstream process.
